Noi Nuyen immigrated to the US in 1975 and is an example of the American success story. He is continually expanding his interests in medicine, senior care, and memory care. He is a promoter of positive thinking and the ability to achieve what one believes.

Dr. Nuyen started his career as a pharmacist in Atlanta, Georgia. He obtained his Pharm.D. at Mercer.

He worked in retail and nuclear pharmacy for seven years and then entered a different world of internal medicine. He obtained an M.D. at AUC and did residency at UT. He is currently working in the hospital setting with a specialty in adult medicine.

In 2014, Dr. Nuyen purchased a hotel, located at 214 Prosperity Dr. and Executive Park Dr. and re-developed it into a state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care community. It is Dr. Nuyen’s goal to make Prosperity Pointe one of the most desired senior living centers in Knoxville, providing innovative, creative, and adaptive elderly care to the senior community.

Jamie Nuyen began her career as a Registered Nurse, graduating from Tennessee Wesleyan College- Fort Sanders School of nursing in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Over the years, she has gained experience in emergency room medicine, intensive care, long term care, as well as both adult and geriatric medicine. In 2015, she graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner. She currently works as a Nurse Practitioner in neurology in both the outpatient and inpatient setting. Jamie is originally from Scott County, TN but now resides in Knoxville with her husband and daughter. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and participating in their daughter’s extracurricular activities. Jamie is very passionate about elderly care and strives to provide excellent care in both mental and physical health. Kinley, their daughter, plans to pursue a career in the medical field as well. For now, she is excited about being a junior volunteer at Prosperity Pointe.
